Newcastle Winger on Trial With Blues Thursday, 11th Apr 2019 13:14
Town have included trialist Deese Kasinga-Madia, who is currently with Newcastle United, in their U23s XI facing Watford at Playford Road this afternoon (KO 1pm).
Congo-born, London-raised winger Kasinga-Madia, who has lined-up on the left for the Blues, joined the Magpies from Brentford in the summer of 2017.
The 18-year-old, who was named one of the top 20 talents under under 18 by The Guardian not long after his move to the North-East, recently spent time on trial at Norwich.
In Summary this attack minded wide man has contributed 1 goal in 28 youth appearances in 3 seasons, this season has included 6-0 defeat in solitary Norwich appearance and 7-1 defeats vs Everton and 8-0 vs Derby u18 teams whilst with Newcastle, along with 1 assist and the fact he faded in todays game does not inspire confidence.
Management, he sounds cheap, that's the main thing. Quality less important. As long as it looks like we're trying to get out of this mess. The main thing is don't invest serious money... 😀ðŸ‘ðŸ»Ignore the adage, you get what you pay for...
Plus remember, as Marcus says, we could spend 30million and not go up! Yeah Evans but if you spent about more we could ensure we are competitive and that we don't go down! Oops, too late!! 😂
Terrific article on page 58 of today's (12th) Sun newspaper about our club. Hell of a lot of facts and truth and well worth a look at. Have a read and, if you want a copy, I have a spare. I bought two by mistake!!
